Good Evening Storytellers,
Welcome to the winner’s announcement which brings another challenge to an end.
This week, I left you the prompt of WOUND. The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed that this prompt was a homograph (one spelling, different pronunciation and meaning) and I was keen to see if anyone would translate the prompt differently. Alas, there were no alternative stories to tell this week, but the stories you did submit were excellent as usual.
If you haven’t had chance to read through the entires, pop over to the challenge page and read through this week’s submissions.
As usual, you’ve been voting for your winner for 24hrs and the winners of this week’s Six Word Story challenge are:
First place goes to Peter’s pondering with his story – ‘World permanently scarred by man’s inhumanity.’
Second place goes to Smriti Chawla with her story – ‘Coming from you, it hurt more.’
Third place goes to floridaborne with her story – ‘You will never amount to anything!’
The winners get to download and use one of these highly prized badges for their blog.
As always, thank you for taking part. There will be a new prompt published for you on Saturday morning at 9am GMT!
Until tomorrow Storytellers.
