Good Evening Storytellers,
Welcome to the winners’ announcement of this week’s Six Word Story Challenge, the first since my extended summer vacation!
This week I left you the prompt of DUTY to entice the creative juices. When I eft this prompt I had visions of service men and women, but also had a sense of duty that each one of us feels in every facet of our everyday lives.
If you didn’t manage to read through the entries, pop over to the challenge page now to read the full list of sometimes uncomfortable truths.
You’ve been voting for your winner for 24hrs and the winners of this week’s Six Word Story challenge are:
First place goes to Riya with her story – ‘Your mind wanders off, said heart.”
Second place goes to sketchesbynitesh with his story – ‘On tiny graves, gravedigger often cried.’
Third place goes tokirstwrites with the story – ‘Keeping her promise broke her spirit’
The winners get to download and use one of these highly prized badges for their blog.
As always, thank you for taking part. There will be a new prompt published for you on Saturday morning at 9am GMT!
Until tomorrow Storytellers.
