Happy Friday Storytellers,
School’s out here in the UK so we are jetting off for a week of sunshine. Fear not, the Six Word Story Challenge is already stoically scheduled to appear in front of your eyeballs on Saturday as usual. You’ll have to forgive me if the winner’s announcement is a bit early or late – I’ve got no sodding clue what timezone I’m heading into!
I have enjoyed this week of blogging and social media harassment, I seem to have gone into a content generating frenzy – keep an eye out for my mental drivel coming your way! It was also fabulous to see so many entries to the Six Word Story Challenge. The prompt – abandon – seemed to strike a chord with many people, which was apparent from the variety of story themes submitted. Thank you so much for your continued support in sharing the challenge, more and more newcomers find us every week, which is brilliant!
And so to this week’s winners;
Weezelle with her story ‘Secret shame, left at orphanage door.’
(I think Weezelle is a ‘she’, if not, she is most definitely a penguin.)
Em with her story ‘Left them all behind. Walked away.’
Patty J and Ladybug with her story ‘Alone, even though he’s right here.’
All of this week’s winners are entitled to download and use one of the below badges on their blog as a sign of their storytelling genius.
Until next time,
