Good evening Storytellers and welcome to the conclusion of the first Six Word Story Challenge of 2017.
This week, I left you with the prompt of honour (hoping that my American friends would forgive the English spelling).
My six word story was influenced by the series Hannibal which features a serial killer who honours his victims by making use of every part of their body for some purpose. He would feed his family with their flesh, boil their bones for glue and stuff cushions with their hair. Did anyone pick up on that?
Your stories this week were varied in their subject matter, I am so glad I don’t regularly have to judge them as I would never come up with a winner! Fortunately, you choose for me, so this week the winners are:
kirstwrites with her first class story ‘I couldn’t let them blame you.’
Weezelle with her story ‘Pistols at dawn! Pistols drawn. Avenged.’
The Poetry Channel with his story ‘Her honor would not feed her.’
Congratulations to all of last week’s winners. As usual, please feel free to download and use one of the below badges on you blog.
Until next time,
