I’ve just realised that it’s Friday today! You’ll have to excuse my mis-timing of the winner’s announcement as I am currently in Andorra coming to the end of another year’s family skiing adventure. This time zone is slightly off from my own so this announcement is either early or late – I can’t remember which.
I will also repeat this excuse for my lack of attention to your wonderful entries this week, I have been watching them all ping in but haven’t had the time (or the wifi) I would have liked to respond to your ping backs.
So, as I sit here in my hotel room listening to avalanches being detonated, I shall distract myself from the excitement of another powder snow day by announcing this week’s Stellar Six Word Story challenge winners.
This week I left you the prompt of pleasure. I thought this would be quite a revealing one, letting me into the secret things you find pleasure in. Like me, it seems you find happiness in the little things, especially this week’s winner who, I’m guessing, struck a chord with many people who have been in the same situation.
This week’s winner is…
Hayley with her story ‘Following cast removal, blissful scratching begins!’
Second place goes to Erinb9 with her story ‘Pleasure reminds us what suffering forgot.’
Third place goes to AngieTrafford with her story ‘She stretched out in pure ecstasy.’
As always, the winners are free to download one of the below badges to display on their blog. Display them proudly, dear winners, they are a sign of your peers’ approval.
Until next week,
